The things worth knowing
Do you come to me?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Home, work, wherever the car sits. We bring our own water and power, so nothing needs to be plugged in or connected.
When do I pay?
On the day, once the job's done. Nothing up front. We confirm your final price from your photos before we start, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
How long does it take?
An exterior detail is around an hour. Interior is closer to two. The full Complete Detail is three to four hours depending on the size and state of the car.
What if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine if there's a carport or garage. If the weather makes it impossible to do the job properly we'll call you the day before and move it — no charge, and there's nothing paid up front to worry about.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes — it's one of the most common jobs we do. It's slow work, which is why it's a separate add-on from $30 rather than something we quietly build into every price. Send a photo of the back seat and we'll tell you exactly what it'll cost.
